Yes. As part of your warranty, it is required to use a properly fitted mattress protector to maintain your mattress and protect it from stains.

All MySide GEN mattresses are individually ICSA tested and approved to the highest standard prior to leaving our manufacturing facility and carry the Sleep to Live Institute Certified seal. Testing by patented Inline Comfort Support Analysis technology verifies that each mattress is manufactured to meet master standards for proper support as identified by the Sleep to Live Institute and recommended by our bedMATCH diagnostic system.

In the event your personalised support colour is not on your preferred sleeping side we suggest rotating the mattress. By rotating the mattress this will allow you to sleep on your preferred side.

Rotating your mattress helps optimize the longevity of your mattress. Your mattress is designed to conform to your body 's contours beginning within the first few weeks, this is normal. By rotating your personalised mattress will require you to change your sleeping position accordingly. Not rotating your mattress will not affect your Limited Warranty.
